We can create a computer-assisted design of your event to easily help you plan the best layout for your space. Indoors or out, with or without a tent, this service allows you to fully re-arrange the furniture without the heavy lifting. This service is free of charge when you confirm your order, call us for details.
Tabletop Design
We can create your perfect tabletop design in our fully interactive showroom. Choose from our many product samples to mix and match until you find the look that is just right. This is a free service that is available during our regular business hours.
Site Inspection
Our list prices on tents are based on a standard installation, but not all tents are created equal. A trained site analyst will come to your location and make recommendations as to the best size and location of your tent. From overhead wires, trees and buildings to the underground sprinkler lines and everything in between, our staff will sketch and minimize surprises. This service is free of charge when you confirm your tent order, call for details.
Permit Applications
If your tent requires a permit, our experienced staff can obtain it for you. We have all the required information and contacts needed to simplify this process and save you time and money. Call for details.
Setup, Tear Down and Handling
Our delivery staff is able to bring your equipment wherever you need it. We can set up tables and chairs and collect and fold them when you are done this service must be arranged in advance and additional charges may apply. Call for details.
Radio Dispathed Delivery Trucks
Each of our trucks is equipped with Mike Network dispatch system. We can give updated information regarding your delivery or pick up to help you manage your time.
Rental Terms & Conditions
Pricing - (daily/long term/seasonal/volume discounts)
Prices vary to reflect daily or long term use, off season and peak periods and volume discounts. Please call one of our party rental consultants for a quote on your rental requirements or for any information you require.
Delivery & Pick up Service
Any order over $100.00 can be delivered and picked up by our staff for a reasonable cost. D&D is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for delivery or pick up service, however extra charges may apply. Any delivery and pick up service is main floor, to your door, any handling (elevator, stairs etc.) will incur extra charges. Table and chairs can be set up for a small fee, if arrange in advance.
Quality
D&D prides itself in renting the highest quality equipment that is well maintained. All items are cleaned and checked after every use. Please take good care of all equipment. We are always adding inventory, if it is not listed, we may have it, or can get it for you.
About Renting
All charges are based on “time out” whether used or not. Items are wrapped and ready to use. Dishes need to be returned food free (rinsing recommended). Glasses need to be emptied and packed in their proper boxes. All equipment must be stored protected from the elements and ready for pick up. Orders not meeting these requirements are subject to service charges.
Deposits
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any order over $500.00. All other orders are subject to a 20% cancellation charge. When placing your order a valid credit card number is also required for pre-authorization purposes
Damage Waiver
A damage waiver is available for a reasonable fee and covers any accidental damage to rental items. The waiver is non-refundable and must be requested before receipt of your order.
